At Home of HueForge, we stand by the quality of our high-performance electronics and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your device is defective or doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Home of HueForge account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our testing facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
